By accessing or using the Peakdose app (“the App”), provided by Peakdose Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes. You must not: (a) copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the App; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law; (c) use any automated means (scrapers, bots) to access the App; (d) rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or otherwise exploit the App.
Your personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. To operate and improve the App, you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process, and display your content solely to provide the App’s features. We do not sell your data.
The App does not provide medical advice and is not a substitute for professional medical care. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional with any questions regarding medical decisions. The App is intended for lawful use, including with medicines prescribed by a qualified professional.
We aim to keep the App available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may update these Terms and will notify you of material changes via the App or email.
The App may include or rely on third-party services (such as cloud hosting). We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control. Your use of them may be subject to their terms.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, misuse the App, or where we are required to by law. Upon termination, your right to use the App ends.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Subject to the above, we will not be liable for: (a) loss of profits, revenue, or data; (b) indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses; or (c) losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the App or these Terms is limited to the greater of £50 or the amount you paid to us (if any) for the App in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Peakdose Limited harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the App.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
